Therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself — and gently explore the patterns, memories, and parts that shaped how you show up today.
Complex PTSD
Complex PTSD stems from long-term exposure to relational trauma, often beginning in childhood. If you feel chronically unsafe, hyper-independent, emotionally reactive, or numb, you're not alone. In our work, we gently build safety within the body and nervous system while exploring the protective parts that helped you survive. My approach combines EMDR for memory processing with IFS to rebuild internal trust and compassion.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based process that helps the brain resolve stuck trauma responses. We won’t dive in until you feel ready — I spend time preparing you, building up your internal resources, and staying connected to the parts of you that may feel uncertain about this work. EMDR with me is slow, relational, and deeply collaborative.
IFS & Parts Work
Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps us understand the inner world of our protective, wounded, and exiled parts. You may have a part that shuts down, a part that fawns, and another that criticizes you — and they all have a reason for being there. Together, we meet those parts with compassion and curiosity, building self-leadership and deep internal safety.
Adults of Emotionally Immature Caregivers
Growing up with a parent who was emotionally volatile, avoidant, or boundaryless leaves lasting impacts. You might feel responsible for others' feelings, struggle to trust your instincts, or carry guilt for setting boundaries. Our therapy focuses on untangling those early roles so you can reclaim your sense of self — and finally feel free to choose your own path.
